We work hard on making sure our customers are happy with our services, quality, and customer support. That is why we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the work we complete for you then you have full rights to ask for a refund. A c customer satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of the blog comments, yahoo answers, social bookmarking, or our monthly link service. We also guarantee that you will have your order in a certain amount of time.

1. When Developer Hut, Inc. delays in the delivery of either blog comments, soical bookmarks, yahoo answers, or our monthly link building service. Our writers will try to get most orders done within a week, with the exemption of the monthly link building service.

2. When the customer claims for the poor quality of the order he has received. In this case you must point out specific examples of our bad quality. A bad quality order is defined when:

Blog Comments
- Blog Comments are less then the 10 words min.
- Less then 70% success rate
- Wrong url/anchor combination
- If the blog comment affect negatively for company

Yahoo Answers
- Less then 70% success rate
- Wrong URL in the answers
- Bad quality of content (answers)
- If the Yahoo Answer affect negatively for company

Social Bookmarks
- Less then 70% success rate
- Wrong URL or Anchor

* Most of all SEO submissions services such as directory submissions go by "success rate". A success rate is the percent of the order that gets approved by the webmaster of the specific site. Since we have no way to guarantee any of our services will get approved onto the website, we then go by success rate. If you order 40 blog comments and after a week 30 blog comments get approved then that is a success rate of 75%.

However, its best to always contact us and work with us, we will make sure that you will be happy with our service.

We do not make any refunds if we fail deadline due to delay in submission of necessary materials and content from the customers end.
